Donate to Child and Family Wellbeing
Kayla had been in 17 foster homes before age six. Kayla was never around trustworthy adults before Tennyson, but through patience and perseverance, Tennyson’s staff guided her into rebuilding trust in others. After spending time with our therapy team, Kayla now has a forever home – where she is happy and thriving – and a village of people who care about her. Trauma doesn’t pause and Tennyson’s children like Kayla are among Colorado’s most vulnerable. Your contribution allows children and families on stabilizing journey access to resources and makes it possible for them to continue their hard, healing work. As a non-profit, we rely heavily on your generosity to continue our work. Anything helps, single donation or monthly, and any amount is greatly appreciated. Donate to support prevention programs today!
We are focusing on the resolve and determination of the incredible children who overcome trauma from neglect and abuse during Child Abuse Prevention Month. Even a year into the COVID-19 pandemic, these children continue to take inspiring steps forward in their journeys toward wellbeing. What Your Donation Means
We’ve pulled together a list of costs associated with our services to help frame how your contributions impact our work: $5,000 means breakfast for the entire school for a month, $250 is a two-hour therapy session, $100 helps purchase classroom supplies, and $35 means lunch for a child for a week.
