Brenda Poage

Brenda is a seasoned nonprofit executive and human resources leader with more than 25 years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations in Colorado. She blends deep operational expertise with a strong commitment to equity, ethical stewardship, and community impact.

Throughout her tenure leading the South Metro Safety Foundation and in her subsequent leadership roles at Developmental Pathways, Brenda guided teams in building strong, inclusive workplaces and ensuring that organizations have the people, systems, and culture needed to serve their communities effectively. Across her career, she witnessed firsthand how access, outreach, and education can change lives.
