Lindsay Piepgras

Lindsay serves CBRE as First Vice President and provides investors and occupiers of commercial real estate consulting and transaction services with a focus on the suburban markets. She has more than 25 years of experience conducting successful leasing and marketing campaigns for her clients. Lindsay is able to leverage in-depth real estate industry relationships and valuable market information to provide her clients with strategic insight that builds real advantages for their assets. She is consistently recognized as one of the top producers in her office and in the Denver market.

Lindsay is an active member of National Charity League and was on the Board as Vice President of Membership, from 2020-2022.  Lindsay is also an active fundraiser for the Pediatric Mental Health Institute division of Children’s Hospital.

In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family in the beautiful Colorado mountains.
