Janitor-20 hrs/wk

Responsible for the vacuuming and removal of trash in the main school building. Works Mon-Friday 6:00-10:00 PM. Must have a High School diploma or GED, valid Colorado driver’s license and previous housekeeping exp.  Background checks conducted.

Community Based & HEART Supervisor

Oversees the supervision of staff and quality of service delivery for community based services.  Carries a small caseload of clients, conducts assessment and intake interviews for dept referrals and builds and maintains relationships with referral sources.  Responsible for assuring quality bilingual services to monolingual families.

Masters degree in Social Work or counseling, clinical license REQUIRED, plus 3 years experience treating children and families. Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred.  Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred with the ability to work independently, make sound clinical decisions and work  collaboratively with internal and external parties.  Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license.

Clinical Director – Residential and Day Services

Support the mission, goals and values of the agency by assuring a clear clinical focus to treatment of children and families in our campus-based programs.  Provide overall management, leadership and supervision of Residential and Day Treatment Services. Responsible for budgeting, program licensing, accreditation, and ensuring the implementation of best-practice interventions.  Member of TCC Management Team and Program Leadership Team.
Masters of Social Work or a related graduate degree with licensure and post-graduate work with experience treating families and children required.  Must have minimum of 3 years of management/supervisory experience. High level skills in clinical assessment and intervention, treatment skills in family systems work and milieu management.

Youth Treatment Counselor

Full-time direct care position responsible for implementing treatment plans to children ages 5-14 with multiple emotional problems in a structured environment. Will provide a therapeutic balance of nurturance and limit setting demonstrating an understanding of the emotional needs of the children. B.A. in Human Service field and related experience required.  Must have a current Colorado driver license (or ability to obtain.)  Must actively participate in achieving the Center’s mission through focusing on common values and implementing guiding principles and philosophy.
