Clinician – Special Services Unit

Provides family, individual and group therapy as well as client case management for up to six clients (ages 5-18) in a short term, stabilization unit. Provides family assessments, coordinates med reviews with the consulting psychiatrist, and develops quality Service Plans with focus on interventions, level of care and length of stay. Coordinates treatment and discharge/aftercare planning and maintains the overall quality assurance for the child’s treatment.  MSW or related graduate degree required, must be LCSW/LPC/LMFT within three months. Must be registered on DORA and eligible for provisional license. Family therapy skills and theory base required; inpatient and outpatient therapy experience preferred. Trauma informed care and Solution Focused, strengths based approach required. Clinician – Residential & Day Services

Responsible for providing family, individual, and group therapy as well as case management and working with treatment teams.  Coordinates case services with referring agencies, collaborative contacts and school staff.  Works a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.  MSW or related graduate degree required; must be eligible for a provisional license and registered on DORA; licensure highly preferred (LCSW/LPC/LMFT). Community Based Clinicians (2) - El Paso County

Seeking two Clinicians to provide clinical case management, care coordination, and in home individual/family therapy for an evolving caseload of clients in our new satellite location in Colorado Springs.  Works collaboratively from intake to discharge with internal and external multi-disciplinary team (MDT) members to ensure continuity of care for the clients and families.  Provides clinical case direction and recommendations to Family Support Specialists as well as the MDT.  Maintains up to date documentation and quality assurance for assigned clients.  Facilitates the referral and admissions process including the intake packet and family assessment.  Candidates must have clinical licensure LCSW/LPC/LMFT and be registered on DORA.  Requires a high level of independence due to the satellite location. May require some travel to Tennyson Center’s Denver location. Family therapy, residential or inpatient experience highly preferred. Special Education Coordinator

Oversees the implementation of special education policies and procedures including October/December counts, assessment/child find, IEP development, outcome monitoring,  coordination with school districts, enrollment, contracting, records requests, PPOR and excess cost billing.  Coordinates with the Colorado Dept. of Education and AdvancED to ensure compliance with state requirements and standards, including monitoring visits and school improvement plans.  Assists and coordinates opportunities and experiences for the children ready for a less restrictive environment.  Assists in managing the on-grounds education program as part of the total treatment offered children and families. Provides supervision and programmatic support to assigned educational staff. Works the school year plus one week before and one week following  summer program. Master’s Degree in Special Education or Bachelor Degree with 5 years’ experience with IEP’s.  Must have a valid Colorado Teaching Certificate with an endorsement in Special Education. Teaching experience with special needs populations and an understanding of educational issues desired. Development Officer - Corporate Partnerships & Events

Manage TCC’s corporate sponsorship program through networking, cultivation and solicitation of corporate leaders and maintaining excellent relationships with existing corporate and business partners. Oversee the annual fundraising goal for special events and supervises special event manager and volunteers. Reports to the Chief Development Officer and is an integral member of the development team helping to forward the mission of the Department and the Agency as a whole.  BA degree or equivalent closely related work experience. Minimum five years fundraising experience with preference for corporate sponsorships. Experience in special event planning, management, sales and marketing preferred. Strong background in networking and securing participation of board members, corporate and foundation leaders.  Multiple project, budget management and creative and strategic planning skills required. Bilingual Therapist - Community Based Services

Supervising Clinician -  Residential

Responsible for supporting and building therapeutic milieu, group and individual programs for children in residential cottages in partnership with treatment team members. Provides the supervision of the direct care staff. Provides a minimum of five hours of direct client contact each week (billing when applicable) which may include carrying cases, providing weekly group and individual therapy to assist residents who are struggling behaviorally or are in crisis, and individual, group and family therapy when assigned clinician is out of the office. Collaborates with the treatment team to coordinate discharge planning to maintain stabilization. Licensure preferred but not required. Must be listed on DORA at time your resume is submitted. Must have three years experience with special needs, preferable EBD children, including supervisory and training skills. Knowledge of family systems theory and solution focused therapy needed. Youth Treatment Counselors

Full-time positions that works throughout the residential campus as assigned to gain and share experience and skills with all milieus, developmental age groups (5-18) and teams. Responsible for implementing treatment and educational plans for children with multiple emotional/behavioral concerns in a structured environment.  Participates in the daily supervision and care of children in the cottage. Responsible for planning and implementing therapeutic activities and groups, behavior management and crisis intervention, and teaching basic daily living skills. Will provide a therapeutic balance of nurturance and limit setting demonstrating an understanding of the emotional needs of the children. Must be 21. BA in a Human Service related field or equivalent experience required; related residential and/or day treatment experience preferred.
