Clinician – Residential & Day Services

Responsible for providing family, individual, and group therapy as well as case management and working with treatment teams.  Coordinates case services with referring agencies, collaborative contacts and school staff.  Works a Sunday-Thursday schedule.  Master's  degree required; must be eligible for a provisional license and registered on DORA; licensure  preferred (LCSW/LPC). Must have strong family systems orientation and work from a trauma informed care and strengths-based approach.  All applicants must have a valid Colorado driver’s license. Certified Medical Assistant

Works closely with the psychiatric/medical doctor and treatment teams to coordinate care of children on psychotropic medications, provide universal precaution education for staff and conducts health screenings for children. Participates in medication reviews as requested, orders and distributes medications, triage child illness and injuries and organizes blood draws for children on psychotropic mediations.  Certified Medical Assistant with at least six months experience with children.  Must be highly organized and have the ability to work well with children and staff.  All candidates must have a current Colorado driver’s license and be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Will work Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 (1/2 hr lunch break). Hourly range $14.50-$18.60 based on experience. Great benefits including paid time off & health/dental. Teacher-Elementary

Special Education teacher responsible to provide educational curriculum and treatment programming to K-3 SIED students in a self-contained classroom with two classroom assistants. Provides classroom management, writes IEP’s, lesson planning, and participates in staffings. Must have a valid Colorado teaching certificate with a Special Education Generalist endorsement (or ability to obtain) Previous related teaching experience required, residential and/or day treatment experience preferred. Science Teacher - Middle/HS

Responsible for the development and implementation of the Science curriculum to meet the needs of the children assigned to the science program.  Provides educational and treatment programming and works closely with two classroom assistants to provide classroom management and a positive learning environment. Clinician-Bilingual (English/Spanish)-Community Based Services

Provides clinical case management, care coordination, and individual/family therapy for an evolving caseload of clients. Works collaboratively from intake to discharge with internal and external multi-disciplinary team (MDT) members to ensure continuity and consistency of care for clients and families. Provides clinical case direction and recommendations to both family support specialists as well as the MDT. Actively participates in individual clinical supervision and other required meetings. Maintains up-to-date documentation and overall quality assurance for assigned clients.  Works a Tuesday-Saturday schedule; includes 3-4 evenings per week. Master’s level clinician required: licensed preferred; LCSW/LMFT/LPC. Must be currently registered on DORA. Bilingual required. Family therapy skills and theory base required; inpatient and outpatient therapy experience preferred. Interviews from a framework that incorporates a solution focus and strength-based approach and formalizes the use of community resources. Youth Treatment Counselors – School Based

School based assistants to provide direct care to students within a self-contained classroom serving up to 12 students with mental health and/or emotional and behavioral issues. Assists with instructional activities and behavior management in keeping with each child’s IEP and treatment plans.  Works Monday-Friday 7:15-3:15 and will provide coverage during some of the holidays and school breaks to an assigned residential unit. Competitive salary and benefits. Chief Program Officer

Leads overall agency service delivery and implements clinical philosophy. Responsible for Program Department short-term and long-range planning, implementation of evidence based practices, service delivery, quality improvement, evaluations, fiscal management, documentation and follow-up studies. Serves as a resource at the local, state and national levels for child advocacy and program standards and practices. Provides program management including the direct supervision of the Clinical Directors and Community Based Services Director. Evaluates and compares current program components, researching trends and treatment techniques, as a method of refining TCC programs and directs the development and marketing of new treatment programs to assure the continued growth as a recognized service provider. Will direct the selection and supervision of program department staff, consultants and independent contractors and help cultivate a culture of collaboration, positive learning and supportive inclusiveness. Licensed Clinician (LCSW preferred) with at least 7- years post-masters experience in a senior management position within a human service agency; demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the child welfare and mental health fields; demonstrated success leading teams in cultivating culture with ability to collaborate at all levels; high-level communication skills, with exceptional tact in dealing with children, parents, staff and other service providers and funding sources ; must be familiar with current trends and strategic planning for success in the managed care environment. Youth Treatment Counselors

Full-time positions that works throughout the residential campus as assigned to gain and share experience and skills with all milieus, developmental age groups (5-18) and teams. Responsible for implementing treatment and educational plans for children with multiple emotional/behavioral concerns in a structured environment.  Participates in the daily supervision and care of children in the cottage. Responsible for planning and implementing therapeutic activities and groups, behavior management and crisis intervention, and teaching basic daily living skills. Will provide a therapeutic balance of nurturance and limit setting demonstrating an understanding of the emotional needs of the children. Must be 21. BA in a Human Service related field or equivalent experience required; related residential and/or day treatment experience preferred.
